Our story

Andy Capps and Lance Popp founded RESICAP in 2010 because they believed there was an opportunity to institutionalize single-family rentals if the operational challenges could be overcome. With time and our relentless dedication to continuous improvement and innovation, RESICAP has expanded and built a truly vertically integrated platform for Build-To-Rent, Single-Family Rental, and the For Sale industry. We’ve become a veteran in the space and have a reputation for delivering a quality product and impressive ROI for our investors and clients.
